it depends what you kill, some mvp have sucky drops.. you can look them up at: http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=mob_db&mvp=1&mob_search=Search&sort_r=0
this shows all the mvps (just a few don't exist yet, and it'll say so to the side which ones don't exist anywhere) you can see which ones drop good things =)

mvps gives a hella lot of exp. and the drops arent that bad. try farming the card /slur that would be nice.

MVP stands for Most valuable player like in BAseball. This fanfare flashes over the player who does the most+takes the most damage from a Boss or a mini boss.

Mastering and Angeling are classified as Mini bosses and hence upon killing them you get greated experience then regular monsters as well as reward experience for being the MVPer. Mini bosses and bosses often drop good items.

take a friend or few with you to boost exp as well, I got 120% from orc hero today after my guildmates hit it a couple times
