Help please with login issue

my friend cant login after the reboot for the exp event. he has tried patching the game but still cant loggin to any accounts. can anyone help us please?

Please download new AnthemRO client and copy to your RO folder, and run anthemRO patch to play, or check if any zone or server down.

yea im in the game to, the status dont work with the new patch i suppose. my friend has tried everything we can find on the forums but we are running out of ideas lol. anything would be helpfull.

If zones are down and you can log in it's recommend you log off until the all clear is given.

theyre up disregard what the main page says patch if u cant log in .-.~nyo?^^
