2X exp questions

I've been playing for over two years now, but have managed to miss all the 2x exp week events, sadly, so I have some questions.

It starts on the 20th, but is there a set time as when the server will be at twice its current rate or do we have to wait for a GM to reboot the server with the exp setting changed?
Do drop rates double as well?
Sorta of the same question as the previous, but will drop rates from items that drop from cards double i.e., mimic card, myst card, wraith card?

The double exp is only for exp so the drop rate won't change.

itll start at 12am on the 20th of the month. i dont know on what time zone the server is but itll be at that time. i dont think itll need a reboot but if it does itll take just a sec.

The server should be set for CDT, but I think we need to wait for a reboot first.

yeah i think the server reboot first before the 2x exp will be activated,..but the drop doesn't get affected so this will be the rate 10x10x3x

I haven't read otehrwise but the last 2X exp event it also effected LH3(1.5 exp). I wonder if it will be the same this time.
