Why can't i login to RO

Can anyone help me?  I'm playing the Anthem Ro but i can't login these days.

After a server down, i can't login until now... It has been over a month...

It only says "Failed to connect to Server"

Also at anthem server http://www.anthemro.com/ it says online (server not down)

What Shall I Do?

No longer high GMing. Please do not message me about your recovery. Don't give away the keys to your car and you won't have it stolen and have to go to the police to try and get it back.
