What card allows skill spammage?

     Well .. I know for sure that BS/WS skills are ALL spammable: Weapon Perfection, Overthrust etc. But, I was just wondering is there a card in this server that allows skill spammaging? Or, reduce cast delay cards?

Only skill that can reduce cast delay is Poem of Bragi (also known as Magical Strings on official)

Hmm.. ASPD should reduce after cast delay as well. Look at DD SQI'd Scholars/HWs/HPs; they're able to spam their IC skills pretty fast.

No they dont; they reduce cast delay, not AFTER cast delay.

On another note, Aspd allows "skill spammage" since animation delays in every skill, will be reduced and thus, you can execute the next skill earlier.
