They do stack.

Edit: You don't get extra DL bonuses just the DI, Better off getting a clock tower manager card since you don't lose the extra max HP and SP.

Only purpose to stacking is to get the cast reduction, but then again your better off getting a clock tower manager with DL/DI instead of DI/DI/DL. I don't think he's using it for that though
