Impossible to say like that, generally, the amount of hp you get by each vit, depends on the class to play; e.g.: Wiz have a little HP modifier, thats why their hp just goes up by a very little amount with eacht vit point. Knights on the other hand, have a pretty good hp modifier, wich gets then a decent +hp per point spent into vit.
