Well, investigating about the abilities that a thief can learn, I discovered that there are like quest skills, so I tried to do the quest... specifically the sand attack quest, and guess what? the NPC who is in charge of activating the quest is missing, and I have all that is needed for the quest (the items and the job level). My question is: is it needed to activate the NPC so that the quest can be fulfilled? if it needs to be activated, how?
By the way, im aware that there is a guy in prontera's Job office that gives you the skills for a 1k zenny I think, but the fun resides in doing the quest
