Sin Help

I recently changed my job to a 'sin and I plan to be a Katar one.

I also resetted my stats with my skills and I added the usual Thief ones.
I wanted to add Katar Mastery but it wouldn't add.
It was the same with all of my new sin skills.

Edit1: I realized that I just to have leveled my job once. So this question is closed.

Anyway, where can I buy Katars?
Also, I'm so poor I have less than 50k, anyone willing to give or sell some extremely cheap Katars?
It's okay even if it's just basic.

the skills u get from thief lvls can only b used for theif skills, get ur sin some job lvls then u can get sin skills :3 ~nyo^^

morroc bottom right corner(weapon shop) sells katars for less than 50k

alternatively..you could go to prison where injustice drop em.nice people might give you them free(or sell cheap) i think to sell it to npc is 26.5k so..buy it for 30k

theres a two handed weapon shop in einbroch that also sell katars

I would suggest saving up for an ice katar instead. Helps out more in the long run.
