Where can I find Burning Stone?

Not much ninja posts around which can help starting ninjas. I need to get burning stone for my skill(nipou ninja - fire formation). I search other website and it said it I can find an NPC called Boomray or similiar in map que_ng at amatsu. When I get to amatsu I don't even see the warp. Please help. Where can I get it and how? Thanks!

It's in the Shop in Amatsu (town)

I can't remember exaclty how to get there, But I'm pretty sure its south'ish from the warper.
One of the buildings down there.

On this map, it's the biggest red dog.

I'm pretty sure that's it.  ;)
