Possible to transfer other account into server?

I heard of some servers that allow you or make it possible to transfer accounts and such. But not many servers do it. I think most of them are mid or high rate servers that allow that, not low rates.

it is technically possible, but not allowed here, as someone already stated. other issues to consider are the rates on the other server your account is on. even if transferring that account was allowed here (which it is not) it wouldn't be fair for people to bring in a char from a high rate server that took no time at all to level and has scads of zeny/gear from high drop rates. and then there's stuff like level over 99, base stats over 99, and custom/not-implemented equips that would do awful things to the character database.. i think. it would mess something up, for sure.

lol i think this has been already thoroughly answered, but that's my spin on it... please correct me if i'm blatantly wrong about anything. lulz
