Hmm.. You need to send in a Support Ticket with all the information needed. I wouldn't post the username of your account here on the forums, because.. well, who knows... maybe someone is able to guess your password. <-<

You should edit your post, delete the username, and send in the ticket.

Hmm.. You need to send in a Support Ticket with all the information needed. I wouldn't post the username of your account here on the forums, because.. well, who knows... maybe someone is able to guess your password. <-<

You should edit your post, delete the username, and send in the ticket.

Just click on the bolded link in the text!

Then create a new ticket, choose Donations/Ad Sponsors, and write all the information in there, Transaction ID, username/character, date, and so on.


Well, you should always check if your kafra storage is not full. You should have at least 3 empty spots in your kafra inventory, I think, when donating for something...
