automated unslotter process question!

How long timje I must wait when I use the
automated unslotter process? already waited more
than 12 hours later I used and my acc
continues blocked, how say there!

* During the unslotting process your
account will be temporarely banned. After
the page is done loading you can log in again

If anyone know, help me please I wan check here
before send a support ticket. thank you !

What can had caused this error then?
I have no idea, need to send a ST then?

This happens because you either:

1. Get over zealous with the unslotter and click more than once.
2. Refresh the page.

Sometimes it will auto ban someone who leaves their character still logged in instead of logging out. Next time, please remember to log out completely, click unslot once, and wait a couple minutes before logging back in. Do not refresh, do not click unslot again.

if ur still baned after a day u should send a ticket~nyo^^
