Wind of Verdures

Have the drop rates for wind of verdures of Grand peco pecos been nerfed? It says on RO empire that the drop rate is 10% (meaning on this server it should be 30%) and for some reason I was getting very few wen hunting for them. Perhaps I just have bad luck? Can someone verify?

Prolly bad luck, it's pretty decent for me. Especially with a SinX  -> steal -> breaker in one shot -> repeat.


But yeah seems like not much, but the drops are 30%

Its not as fast as a Bio spammin mushrooms or Great natures but its decent.
