how to sell an account??

how is the transaction done? is it giving away account name and password? how about fraud??

There's always a risk involved when buying / selling accounts. If you follow the below guidelines, though (excerpt taken from the item recovery rules), you will cut down your risk:

Item Recovery Rules

• If you buy an account, change the password and the registered e-mail address IMMEDIATELY through the Edit Account page.
• For your own protection, take screenshots to document the trade.  Take screenshots of both players agreeing to the deal, as well as all trades involved.
• To guard against getting scammed by "throwaway characters," do not pay the other party first unless they are a transcendent class or above level 70.
• When purchasing characters or accounts, verify that the account or character exists and is the proper class and level.  Ask the other party to log in as that character and trade you, as you can see the level through the trade dialog.
• If you are scammed or have your items stolen, report the incident immediately through the Support Ticket System.  If you do not make a report within 24 hours, we may not be able to help you.

Go to the homepage (www.anthemro.com), and then on the left-hand menu, select "Edit Account."
