About Donation GMs Please Answer

I would like to ask a few Question before making donation.

1) How long do i need to wait to get the items after making donation?
2) What if i keep in wrong character name, can i still get the items or amount back?

1 .. rly most stuff u buy with the item shop, wich is instant and send them to the kafra storage of the account on wich u loged in when u clickyd item shop if u use the spend credit thingy it just depends on how busy the gm's are
2 ..try not to and if u do ..i guess u get ur money back buy double check stuffys~nyo^^
