please help me with my problem..

when i try to access my 3 characters i can't see anything on the map.. all i can see is my hp and sp bar And everything is just black.. I don't know how to fix it, i tried reinstalling AnthemRo, but nothing has changed,  all is black in my screen.. Please help me.. thank you!

Hmm i think he zoomed in toomuch. Try zooming out or i think the command was ctrl + up button top bring into to normal view, but im not sure.

Last time i had that problem Snow jane helped me so if anyone can give the command or clarify if mine's right that would be good.

Ok i found the shortcut  its crtl + double right click
