how is it that i send a ticket 1 and a half mabey 2 weeks ago that i still do not get a response but my brother sends one and he gets a response within 1 day

It all depends what you ticket is about.

All tickets are different and the circumstances surrounding the actual ticket and the GMs vary. Some tickets need more time to be done then other tickets and sometimes the GMs are busy and aren't at 100% support ticket completing mode.

Although you didn't post your support ticket number which is a good thing.

That's odd. What's the status on your ticket say when you look at it? "Waiting for Response"? "Waiting for High GM Response"? Something else?

Sometimes that happens but generally they usually get done quite quick and even more so when you add lot's of info like:

Q: I lost my account information OR I try to log into an old account from AnimaRO but can't, is there any way to get it back?
A: Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include as many details relevant to the account as possible, such as:

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).

i dont really know that much info all i know is i have played anima ro and now i need to switch over to anthem and i still cant

If you don't remember much about your account how do you expect to the GMs to find it easily?
