Were to level my Crusader?

Im lv 72/45 trying to find a good location to level please tell me some other than these (Pyramids,Spinx,Prison,High Orcs) Thanks if you can help

Yeah try leveling in Churchyard but if you dont have Holy Armor bring alot of meats  ;)
