Can only a Alchemist/Creator use Condensed white Potion or other players too to heal them?

~~Only creators can make condensed white pots, but like other potions anybody can use them.~~

Alchemists and Biochemists can both create Condensed White Potions.
Anyone can use them.
Only Biochemists can throw them.

So e.g a sniper can heal himself with condensed white potion?
