Seeking Help From Someone whose lvl 99/?? and whose an expert at refineing and Someone who is willing to help me For FREE

Expectaions:

-Must be 99/?? Any Class But Mastersmith mostly wanted

-a Trustworthy and a expert Refiner who will get my Armor to +7 and give it back to me safe and sound
and maybe a 60% to 80% chance i will pay you thats if u can wait a while cuz i gotta pay some back 4.5m

Also Leave Ur Class, Ur Level, and ur IGN (In Game Name)

you can do that by yourself it shouldnt matter level or job for npc refining, you might want to have more than 1 armor to break to get a +7 also i'd say you can get 1 +7 out of 4 if lucky or out of 8 if very unlucky

also leave what armor are you refining (the class need to be able to wear it to refine it)

as already stated armor refining chances are the same for everyone it doesnt matter what lvl u are. Btw from my experience i get 2/10 to +7 who knows u might get lucky^^

Besides, WS's can't upgrade armors. They only have weapon Refine which allows them to upgrade weapons. For armor upgrading they have to go to the same NPC as everyone else and face the same odds as everyone else.
