Customizing Kaho?

i was planning to make a kaho that doesnt exist yet... but before i do that i have a few questions:

*it says there is a regular kaho needed, i got that, and there might be a week needed to put the new kaho into the game or w/e, soo: would i keep my regular kaho till it changed into a customized one? or will i lose my kaho for a few days?

*How do i buy a customized kaho? should i send a support ticket? what info should i put into it? etc.

*are there any other things i should keep in mind or w/e?

You'd have your normal kaho until they changed it. To order a custom kaho go here: http://www.anthemro.com/free/spend.php

Just be a little patient and everything should be fine.

Don't forget also, you must stay on the character you've told the GM your kaho is one until the change is done, or else when that time comes for the kaho to be customized, it may not work. So choose a character you'd be happy with playing on for the next week or so.

That is the first time I've ever heard that (This sounds highly impractical for many people). When you submit a spend credit you give them your account details so you don't need to stay logged on for long periods of time

I don't mean stay logged online the whole time, but keep your Kaho on that character that you've told the GMs your kaho will be on. Because i'm sure if you transfer your Kaho to another account or character, the GMs won't take the time out to track it down when you submitted a name, so i think they'd just drop the customizing for the Kaho unless he sends another one. So just stay on a character you'll feel comfortable with playing for a week or so until the GMs give the new Kaho.

keep in mind that you will be waiting A LONG time. my friend put in for a new (nonexisting) custom kaho going on 40days ago, still didnt get it yet.  i know GMs are busy and what not, but I just wanna let you know what you are in for.

Edit: lol@these people saying "a week" youve obviously never got a new (nonexisting) custom kaho. it takes a month easy. i know from personal experience, and ongoing experience (see above)

It was a non-existing Kaho, right? Because whenever I customized my Kaho I would have it the next day I log on. If it was an already existing Kaho...I would send a ticket for that. O__o

Just making sure thats what you were talking about. Y'know how some people can get off topic A LOT in some threads and go talking about a totally different thing. Anyways some people has told me in-game that they've ordered existing Kahos and they waited months for it. But yeah...don't have to be kinda bitey at me for asking a question~

Anyways, has your friend sent a ticket to the GMs about the kaho?

i didnt mean it in a harsh manner, sorry if you took it that way. and the GMs just get mad if you send in tickets about pending tickets; then tell you to be patient. it all goes back to what i stated in a rant i made when i was waiting for my non-existing. 

it should be like any other business. i can understand tickets taking a while for things like item recovery and such. but if you are paying for a service (ie. ads), it should be done in a timely manner.

if thats the case, i think that you should invoke a time frame notice. ie. "your ticket is for a non-existing kaho, please be advised that this could take upto a few weeks to process before implimented"

Usually takes a long time because they got to create all the sprites, test and whatnot on top of their regular GM duties and Yuber is pretty busy doing 11.2.

i can get tired of a character pretty soon aww well i just made a champ, ill ty and make it 99 i guess 

tho i have another question...
since some people are waiting for their non existing custom kahos... couldnt there be someone else who wants the same sprite as me? and who already ordered it...then, i would pay 10 ads to much >< not really a problem or anything but well, i could buy other stuff from that

i am costomizing 1 of my items and still waiting after 2 months, its kinda a pain both ass and patience~

oh cut the crap,
what i experienced in AnimaRO before AnthemRO was subed to it,
all ads that were ordered in the spend credit was fulfilled within EXCATLY 3 days~
Even non existing items were done in 1-2 days by Former GM Sachi and GM Debbie~ , but now its kinda rediculous that we have to wait a week, a month or even years,

i would admit the support in AnthemRO was better than AnimaRO,
