is there an npc for it now?i know theres been some ncp for phantom mask[1] etc. but i havent seen one for elven ears[1]

I think these are one of the new headgears (I'll check). If they are there isn't a quest to make em yet. Something drops unslotted versions but only way to get them at the moment is either buy from a player or donate then get from item shop.

Edit: Yeah they one of the new headgears.

Though I like elven ears and think they look cute. I wouldn't wear em. X3 ewe/awe for me. Maybe one day I might if i get curious of getting evlen ears [1] or something. c: But their still adorable to see when people wear them :3

I thought Elven Ears[1] was only a donatable item on this server....

If you're using ratemyserver to find out what monsters drop what items, please understand that RMS is working off of info from eAthena servers and not Aegis (which is what Anthem is).

A more reliable place to look for drop rates is roempire.com instead as they base most of their info off of Aegis platforms (as well as the original server).

They didn't exist until a couple months ago. /ok

There was a suggestion thread about it and a large amount of people supported the idea. I posted in there too. =D
