/help pls help this lagg is really anoying im thinking about quitting RO

hi there guys
i having some problems since
3 month ago. idk what is the  reason of this, but, i cant play well and im thinking about  quitting RO
i cant play the whole day cosue i lagg so much. i just give one step each 3 sec, yeah literary, one step per 3 sec
and i cant go to any city with a lot of peopple (a lot of peopple for me means 10 peopple+) there fore my save point is pyramids dungeoni catn go to any crowded dungeon (i.e. prision, niff etc)  when im at niff my char doesnt move for like 5 sec and when i have  more than 4 enemeis i dide cosue my screen gets frozen adnmy pc is at about to explode when someone near me use cart revo in a mob
pls help im really desespearted idk what to do
this problem always is solved at midnight when its 1:00 am and forth , its when i cn play normaly with not lagg and i can kill my mob
but its just at midnight but in the rest of the day i cant do anything

i asked around and some peopple say maybe is my conection or the server but i have 3 month in thsi same shi.....
and im already tired to wait till midnight to play this game and im tired to play so late thats is damagin me for the lack of sleep

when i press Atl Gr+ Ctrl+ Supr keys, in the process section , anthem exe. is runing at 95-99 and the rendiment in 100% so my pc exffords a lot and just with one plication " anthem exe" (i make sure to close others aplication)

someone told me if an aplication is runing at 99 is cosue the file is damaged
then i try to unistll RO and i cant cosue the file i download here doesnt have the unistall file so i tryed to istall it again adn even with the updated sakary, i did but the problem still continues

can anyone out there pls help me with this problem
what can i do bout this
i know there are a lot of poepple witha great knowlege abotu this
pls i really need help and i wont play too late anymore, im damaging my life for this game and im already tired

PS: playign form 1:00am till 6:00AM is not much time to play and i wont superate my self with that short time i dedicate to this game

BTW
my internet conection is 100.0mbps 
Is the problem there??

Edit: i also have 180RAM  ... but  i used to play normaly with that and without having any issues

It might be determined by your location vs your internet connection...

Also 180 doesnt sound all that gud =\


BTW you might wanna post such things as location, pc model, pc specs ect... I mean this is such a wide problem that can be caused by many things and if u just give the problem it will be time consuming for someone to analyze it... (so for future reference post more info bout your pc)

but its not as if i  just achieevd to istall the game and play now
i have 2 eyar playing this with the same pc with the same conection and with the same RAM 180
i just got this problem when i donwloaded the anthemro full set up 2007_12_04 and stalled again cuz i previously unistalled it
and when i try to unistalled again it says" cant remove this program uz the uninstall file is missing"
this full set up doesnt have an uninstall file
btw some enginner and tecnical person with knowledge about this say when a file is runing at 99 its cosue the file is damage
Can this be true?

sistem: windows XP
intel[R] pentium[R] 4 cpu 2.40 GHz
2.40GHz, 192 MB de RAM
i live in venezuela- caracas  ( south amerca?)

RO will always take up as much of the cpu as it can, so that high cpu usage is normal.

If it only happens during the day, your neighbors may be using up all the bandwidth for your neighborhood.
If that's the case, there's not much you can do unless you switch ISPs.

that was what i was thinking about
in fact most poepple around em tell me that
btw here is a short history that came  to my mind while i was thinking posibles sources
here i go

3 month ago i took my pc to a cyber room ( cafe net, internet room, whaatever you can call it) the matter is that si a place where we tehre are a lot of pc and peopple access to ineternet form there lol ( i didnt know who to call it in  english)
getting back to the topic... i took my pc there for maintenance and i left it there like 3 days
when i took my pc back  this problem started and it started just  in the same day i took my pc  back
for some reason this cyber room is opened at 6:00 am and close at 10:00 PM but most of the time the owner of this room
stay late playing mmorpg with some other friend and they finished at midnigth /sigh
i proved couse i joined them once and stay like 3:00 AM and i asked him if they do that ll the time and they answer me they do
they close just at 10 pm but for clients( comercial busyness) but they stay wake till midnigth ( f course i did experienced this before i give them my pc for maitanencement)
so its kinde razonable the problem start fter they got my pc and the conetion alwasy work fine fter midnight the time they all finish they work time

so i was thinking maybe the source of the problem is there
i already submited a suport to my internet manager office
so im watting response form there about if my conection wethere or not is being stolen

hmmmm I have intel[r] too and I dont think it fully supports RO anyway =P, so it might (partially) contribute to any of the lag you might have been gettiing, even if it int very severe...

And I dunno, have you tried reinstalling in another folder? (ya this is stupid ik, =P but gotta try everything i guess)

yeha i have tried everithing but not  to formate my pc
couse i dotn dare to do that i dotn have the windwon installer CD and i also lost the CD of the drive of my motherboard.ill have to download it
and im bad at formating PCs but ill try

as i said i have been playing even since the server was anima
and both anima exe-anthemexe use to run at 50-54 not like now that is 90-99 ( in the program administartor Alt Gr+Ctrl+Supr)

By any chance do you use a wireless internet connection? If so somebody may be "stealing" your internet.

If not this could be due to your motherboard drivers, if there not up to date it can cause something similar to this.

i dotn think this is a problem with my pc but about my conection
if it were about my pc it would be the whole day but this problems gets solved at midnight andts always like that
beside i already submited to the internet suport section and they didnt solved anyhting they just gave me some link to use but it didnt work
anyways i got this question maybe someone knows about it
? how can i know if my inetrnet is being stolen?? ( by my self of course)
and if it is how do i change my IP adress?
and i dotn know also to formaat my pc how can i do it or resintall windows?

Anyway there's lot's of reasons for lag

Q: This server is really laggy, why don't the GMs Fix it?
A: Lag is not always the server's fault, there are many things that will determine if you get lag or not such as:

    * Your Internet Connection Speed
    * Your Internet Server provider (ISP)
    * How far away you live from the server
    * Being In overcrowded locations such as Prontera or Skellington
    * Running other programs
    * Your computers Specifications (RAM, HDD Etc...)f
