I saw some chars able to do instant cast which I really WANT that. Do you think they're using quadralupe dexterious rod??
prolly they'll be using a DDdd rod which means 2 doppel card an 2 drop card (unless they're sill a wiz)
later on if ur really planning to get a DDdd rod
i would advice u to get a +10 though
just for the value of it (u can buy a normal rod and ask a ws friend to upgrade for u, im willing to help ya if u want ^^ just pm me)
Hey, I didn't know that doppel card decreases cast time!!!! I thought it was for attacking only.
nope doppel don't decrease cast time but cast delay like what frank have said (its very good for wiz class as they can spam JT)
i was refering to hwiz and some priest which uses DDdd rod as to reduce thier cast delay
Casting delay is that small period of time where your unable to cast a spell after already casting one.
Its more noticeable in spells such as storm gust.
umm if im not wrong sg has a 5sec cast delay which is independant from aspd
not sure bout it though =/
