I clicked on the special skills guy, and he said something about picking only one element, and I can't change back. What does he mean?

I think thats the elemental change converter, allowing you to change the property of a monster.

Yep. You get a skill that allows you to make the elemental converters. With that skill then, you can change a monsters element. However, pick wisely, because you can only pick one element, period.

Yeah, if you pick your converter through your sage, I think it carries over to your professor.
