Look at it this way, guy who complains. Would you rather pay 190 mil or pay 15 ads and however much the enriched elu costs every time that hat broke during refine attempts. The price for the hat won't go down since it costs more ads now.
+7s were ranged at 300mil before.
+9 was absurdly high because so few existed.
i just made 5 +7s out of 6 hats.
for me to sell them at even 90 mil each would be criminal.

yes 90 mil is less than 300 mil so we can conclude that the price has come down.
