Game Window Minimized

please respond asap to xxidealxx@gmail.com ..
I haven't played in a solid 4 years and saw my account was still available.  After downloading / installing the when starting the game (not the patcher) it opens in a minimized window that can't be maximized.  I tried changing the resolution in the setup and on my computers screen and no luck.  Trying to check out the new server before maintenance . .
