Ifrit Card Effect

Does anyone know how much the Ifrit card increases ATK, Crit rate, and Hit at job lvl 70?

Here's the description:


Description:   Increase ATK, Critical Rate, and HIT every 10 Job Level.
Add a 1% chance of auto casting Level 2 Earthquake on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.


So my question is if it only increases all of those by 7 at job 70?

Yes, it only increases by 7 at Job Level 70.

The only reason I'd get it would be for the Crit on my SinX or Sniper.  :-X
