Could have at least answered his question.

SQIs have been getting touched and changed since last year. The changes wont be permanent. Especially if lots of people complain. There is a slotter npc to the right of Prontera. From the warp girl just walk right and follow the road up. There is also one in Payon town outside the shop where you make arrow quivers.
