Name Change and Sex Change Questions (CLOSED)

I will try to be brief and concise:

• Where is the web page or forum post(s) that outline exactly what donation rewards are available for different ad prices? I have searched for quite some time and the only luck I had was in the form of a few separate quotes here and there in different posts. I seem to remember a page titled Donation Rewards on the old server website before the switch last year. I am searching for the current equivalent of such a page.
• Based on the sparse information I have found from lurking around, a name change for one character is 5 ads and a sex change on an account is also 5 ads. Is this accurate?
  
• Specifically with regards to name changing, is it 5 ads for a single character's name to be changed, or can I request multiple name changes within one request (ticket) for the same 5 ads?
• My last question has to do with Spend Credit requests. Do I go through the Support Ticket process to submit a Spend Credit request or is there some other method? This question was sparked by some ambiguity in the following quote:

To answer your questions in detail:  Name change & sex change is 5 ads per, so if you do both, it's 10 Ads.

5 Ads is per character, so if you want two names changed, it's 10, not 5 for both.

Yes, you go through the support ticket system, just choose the category Spend Credit Request.

Sounds good. I think that answers my questions. I have been toying around with the idea of a full ingame identity reinvention for a while, this helps me work out details on my end before potentially donating again in the near future to fund these services. So far if I have done my math correct, its one account with 6 characters on it, which results in 6*5ads for the name changes and then another 5ads for the sex change on the account = 35ads in all.
