What does Angeling do exactly?

I know all the uses for a crus/pally but i heard thunderstorm doesn't damage and silence doesn't work... is this true?

Your armor becomes Holy 1 Property.  So you have the same reductions there as Holy Property 1 Monster.  You can still be silenced (I've personally experienced in my Paladin in Rachel Sanctuary's Dungeon with Angeling armor on) and thunderstorm can still deal damage.
It just reduces wind damage by 75%.

doesnt reduce it BY 75% it reduces TO 75% so its only -25% damage form wind attacks
