My suggestion to you? Quickly make a support ticket saying you did that and only just found out it's against the rules and apologize.
Ignorance is not regarded as a valid excuse.
At the very least it might keep him from being banned.
By the way, I wrote that with past events in mind - that piece of crap Thephi admitted to ad fraud in a support ticket and apologized, he only had to return what he'd taken. This guy could get the same.
edit: also guys, be nice u__u I bet half of you didn't read the entirety of the rules when you first joined - I know I just hit accept and moved on. A lot of kids play the game, you really expect them to sit around reading pages of rules before playing? Not to mention, it's not like we have the rules available in every language, so language barriers can be an issue too.
