I've killed him with My Scholar, Using only IC gears, and No SQI.
And a Paladin, But that doesn't really count - because Pallys are awesome PvE.

I kill over hundreds of MVPs, so far best card i get is Orc Hero + Pharaoh card. Never a good idea to kill MVP for cards consider the spam time....

Btw, MVP is not difficult to kill as it depended on what class you are.... Dopple is quite easy to kill with Wiz or Creator...
