Does having 2 doppels(190 atk speed) make a lot of difference in spamming spells, i know it helps in steal and some other skills but what about spells? Any major difference? Cuz im thinking of either buying 2 doppels for my tome or to buy some other stuff instead

Makes a pretty big difference for spells without any aftercast delay.

Also, AC delay will default to ASPD delay, so it's good to have a not-crappy ASPD if you plan to use something like Kiel.

Wear Kasa and Owl Duke/Baron combo. Spell spamming galore.

omg! I never seen that Kasa card but that would be awesome! lvl 5 firebolts and lvl 5 fireballs
