Hey..can anyone tell me why now we cant use hard steels to switch the door key to robot factory lvl2?

72. Bring the ring to Kiel Hyre. He will recommend you look for Kiehl in the second level of the factory dungeon. He will give you experience, an Old Card Album, and a Keycard to gain access to the second level. At this point the quest is complete, and you can choose to find and battle Kiel-D-01 now if you wish.

i done it...but duno how to get in lvl 2
