This keeps showing up whenever I want to add the ` symbol to my names. My bf has char names with this in it so I'm assuming its some eAthena thing or something? Either way, is there a chance we can get this fixed? Because I had two chars I wanted to use that symbol with ;~;

I read somewhere you couldn't make characters with the `.  Not sure if it can be fixed or its one of those client restriction craps.

It's all at the GM's discretion whether or not to allow certain characters.

Yeah, you can easily change which characters to allow and disallow in a certain config file. When I set up the beta server, I added a few symbols, but that's probably one I forgot. :<
I haven't added many symbols back then, just the common ones, since I think that the fewer symbols are allowed, the better it is. You know how hard it is to decipher or type certain names when they contain an assload of symbols ...
