Screen Shaking?

I've been able to remove the shaking effects off some skills like MS and LoV but haven't been able to remove the ones for MC and AD which are quite annoying...I would basically like to know which file controls this in the GRF O_O

is it legal modify .act and .spr here?

only if it's not to do gamebreaking stuff. like change mvp slaves size, disable blind effect, etc

removing shacking effects could be an advantage over other people who doesnt had modified grf...

How so...it's just a nuisance to deal with people spamming MC or AD not only that they cause a bit of lag. It would be similar to doing /effect...
