Magic-Amplifying cards for Ninjas and Soul Linker

Should ninjas and linkers get their own weapon-cards like laurel or deathword card that can amplify their damage to monsters?

ie.
Laurell Weinder:  Inflict 3% more damage with Frost Nova, Storm Gust, Ice Spear, and Falling Ice Pillar. -50 SP when unequipped.
Hill Wind: Inflict 5% more damage with Thunder Storm, Jupitel Thunder, Lord of Vermilion, Wind Blade, LSOD, and North Wind. -50 SP when unequipped.
Red Ferus: Inflict 5% more damage with Fire Pillar, Meteor Storm, Crimson Fire Blossom, Crimson F. Formation, and Dragon Fire Formation. -50 SP when unequipped.

Deathword: Inflict 5% more damage with Soul Strike, Napalm Beat, Napalm Vulcan and Esma. -50 SP when unequipped.

5% is nothing, all cards with +% dmg with a certain skill are all +25% dmg. for example, imp or siroma

Reduce Casting Time of Fire Bolt by 25%. Inflict 25% more damage with Fire Bolt.

i agree with the buff on esma since SLs are underrated on pvp. a nice buff on pvm would be good. now on the other classes is a no

I did include an Esma buff on exdragon's Spiritual ring suggestion. 50% more damage with Esma seems adequate when rosary is worn, rite?
