where can i find the kill lag download

im at a friends and his comp lags badly on RO i found the kill lag download the gms talked about for my comp but there were more recent things i assume that the gms had to put out there and i cant find it anymore please help me and my friend.

However, most of the lag that you are experiencing is most likely due to old hardware/your connection/wireless LAN/your internet service provider, and these tools won't help you with that.
