I honestly don't think it would, considering you lose out on 8 dex and with that 8 dex you could easily up your int.

Neither Egnigem or General Egnigem cards are listed in the ItemShop. 

Anyway, those new players are better off saving money/ads on DL cards for their shoes/boots.

But between G.Egnigem and Firelock card, i'd prefer G.Egnigem anyday since firelock needs +9 footgear to work.

There is no reason to disable this for champs.  They can already use existing cards to boost there maxSP by 10% in the same slot.   Though if it becomes an accessory card, that is another story.
