Scenario:

Two level 99/70s in party, along with a level 98. Would the level 98 get all the base/job exp?

SCenario2:

Two level 99/60s in a party, along with a level 98. Would the level 98 get all the base exp?

The exp is evenly shared between party members if even share, irrespective of level
