Moonlight carded valkyrie shoes.  You get endure for PvE, move fast to kite monsters better, 5 dex to help with IC and get a little HP bonus ( or at least any class that wold want 5 dex would get it).

adding that ic, you can get without your shoes giving dex. and fast walk, even without sleips there's always osiris for you common agi up

HPs have Agi up skill and Whitesmith have Cart Boost.
Other then for collection sake - I dont see this item as having a gameplay value.

^this and people like to make stuff that they can easily resell if they get bored or becomes broke(unless yur like uber uber rich and really really bored and like to make fun stuff like that and not planning on reselling it)
