Voting Clarification

Scenario

my sister in law no longer votes with the IP i used now and she never votes for several months too......

also she no longer used her acct.

can i vote using my acct with the IP she used?

coz i moved in with her house so i don't have my own ISP...... and i wanna vote to add my income

If it's been months, and you can guarantee that no one else is  going to end up voting once you start, it's safe.

the reason why GMs punish these people is because they vote at the same time to get X amount of ads per account. I guess there is nothing wrong with you since that account is no longer being used. But if you decide to vote, MAKE SURE THE OTHER ACCOUNT IS NOT USED IN THE FUTURE /capslock
