once your swordsmen is job lvl 40 or higher you  can just warp to alberta and head north(that means up)and you;ll see some NPC and you will look for the job changer one and she will change you to a crusader or knight if you want.
Also after a crusader is a paladin once you trans but that is all up to you

novice job level 10 -> swordman job level 40 - 50 -> crusader level 99 (yes you need to be base level 99 first) ->
high novice job level 10 -> high swordman job level 40 - 50 -> paladin

edit; what triggeres said. I forgot that we can change into another transcendent job once you are level 99 in anthemro server.

to change to a paladin or any other trans class you have to reach lvl 99 as your non-trans class

so once your crusader becomes lvl 99 you will go to the same job changer in alberta and she will change you into a high novice.
after high novice you can become either
high alco
high merchant
high knight
high mage
high archer
high theif

its all up to you so you
after that you will have to get to job 40 or higher(for becoming trans changing to job 50 is best)then you can become a trans class after
and their is no quests needed to change.just reach the job lvls needed to change
