Why only Rogue and TK class ?

I've always wondered why Rogue and TK classes can't use warp portal from Osiris .

Any idea ? And yea I've used the search box

its either because of some form abuse (not that i remember any) or what i think is because warp points are saved in the same place TK save their moon, sun, and stars spots  and rouges save their plagiarized skill. might be a combination of both though

That. They're both saved in the same place, so putting a warp portal there along with completely different kind of data may break the skills or even crash the server.

I think i read somewhere is that because they can go to places other classes might get trapped. Like using high jump and such. not sure
