I was being sarcastic to Ayria, I have no clue who you are and I don't care.


Anyways, i'll just tell her to submit another ticket cause waiting 2 months for 1 step isnt justifiable.  And if any GMs is sick/on vacation it would be nice to be given notice, thanks! Thread done!

There was a post earlier about them not being able to answer old tickets because when they loaded the tickets were loaded into something, only the most recent to a certain number of tickets show .  This means they have to answer more recent tickets before they can even see the older ones.
