Is it possible to put your own music in the BGM folder?

A few other sites said it was possible but when I tried to switch just one song with another just to test it nothing played. Is there another way of getting it to work?

I always wanted to put some FFVII music to some of the maps where I hated the music...

How I wish I could get it to play the FFVII Battle Fanfare when getting MVP is beyond me...XD

I imagine all you have to do is go through you BGM folder until you find the song you want to replace.  Then add the new song there and name it how the old one was named.  Whenever you go to the map the original song played on, it should play the new one instead.

As long as you give it the right name and it's an MP3 file it should work in place of the original. But I've never tried.

(Malakai you CAN change the MvP sound effect (WAV file) to whatever you like if you know what you'e doing. I changed my Asura Strike sound effect among others.)
