Question about Satan Morroc quest

 Can i just give piece of morroc skin to the Chief Balrog in Morroc to get the accessory rewards without completing the quest(without going to the map to kill Satan Morroc after getting the Continental Guard Paper)?

just curious why ppl are selling piece of morroc skin  :o

you need to kill satan morroc to get the reward
