I've been looking through the older posts and haven't really found an answer to the question buzzing in my mind. There no longer are $1-5 Ads available so when people say they are selling ad credit does it mean it is going by the cent, since after all the smallest ad credit obtainable currently is only 1 cent?
How much in USD is one AD credit? And how much then is that one Ad Credit worth in zenny more or less?

No, they're selling by the whole $1-5.  Some people donate to get Ad Credit, and others actually vote to get whole ads.

$1 USD = 1 Ad Credit.  Ad credit value is sort of messed up right now due to the game's economy.  Right now, Ad credit goes for about 900k-1m zeny.
